Managing Multiple Dealerships - First Login

If you are a part of a dealership group or manage multiple dealers, you can access all of your dealerships with a single-login, and easily switch between them from inside the Dealer Promo Tool.

You should've already received your first dealership access invitation. That process is covered here.

To add additional locations to your login, you need to receive an invitation. The invitation comes via email, and will look similar to this:

Note that the sender is Mighty Loud, and the subject line will say "Mixer: [Dealership Name] has invited you!"

Open the email. It will look similar to this:

Click the button that says "Click here to Respond". A web browser will open, displaying something similar to the following:

To accept the invitation, simply click the "Yes" button. Once you do, the following will display:

The additional dealership is now associated with your profile. If you're ready to login, click the login link and use the credentials you previously created to sign in. Once you sign in, you'll see a menu that looks similar to this:

Click the name of the dealership you'd like to manage. Once you make a selection, that menu will close. To recall this menu and change which dealership you're managing, click the button highlighted in the image below.
