First Time Login: Accepting the Invitation & Creating a Password

If you've never logged in to the H-D® Dealer Promo Tool before, here is a short list of things to expect:

1. Receive an automated email invitation asking you to join the dealership's Promo Tool team.
2. Click the link in the invitation.
3. Create a password.

*Please note: this process pertains only to a first-time login of a single dealership. If you work with a dealer group and manage multiple dealerships, your first login will follow these steps. Additional dealerships can be added to your profile in a shorter, slightly different process, which is outlined here. But this is the required first step.  

If you've requested access to the H-D® Dealer Promo Tool, or access has been requested on your behalf, you will receive an email from Mighty Loud, with a subject line similar to this: "Mixer: Complete Signup". 

If you don't see the email in your inbox, be sure to check spam or junk folders. If you still don't see it, let us know so we can resend. 

Open the email. It will look similar to this:

Click the "Complete Setup" button. A web browser will open and display a page like this:

Create a password. Note that your password must:

• Have at least 6 characters.
• Include a number.
• Include a lowercase letter.
• Include an uppercase letter.
• Include a special symbol, such as ! or @.

As you type, the red text will turn to green, indicating you've met the requirement. See the image below.

Finally, click the Save button. You will be automatically logged in.
