This is a guide to the various customer-facing images needed as you build sweepstakes in the H-D® Dealer Promo Tool.

Featured Image - Effort

Recommended size: 1200x800, ideally with an 800x600 centered safe zone. Note that the image will resize dynamically depending on the display screen and the Campaign Effort name and the "View Campaign" button are overlaid on the top and bottom of the image, which is why safe zones are recommended. Avoid white backgrounds.

Featured Image - Contest

Recommended size: 1150x1335. Note that the image will resize dynamically depending on the display screen and that the entry count, navigation arrows and contest name will be overlaid on the image. Avoid white backgrounds. 
A Photoshop template is available for download at the bottom of this page. Hide all layers of your artwork before exporting. 

Loot Locker Image

Loot Locker images are optional and can be added to items in the Loot Locker. Multiple images can be added. 

Recommended size: 1200x900, but be aware that on laptops or larger screens, these images will scale dynamically to a roughly 4:1 ratio, or 1200x300, so don't use Loot Locker images for detailed messaging.

Background Image

Recommended size: 1920x1080. Background images are optional and will appear on the Microsite. The Microsite is where customers will interact with any sweepstakes. 

Symmetrical images, “vibe”, or texture images are ideal. Do not use text as the image will size dynamically and display elements will hover over the image.

Info Modal Image

Recommended Size: 1200x600 or 1200x800. But it is flexible and will size dynamically. 

The Info Modal Image is an optional image that appears when the user taps the info modal button. The info modal button, also optional, appears at the top of every screen on the Microsite. 

In most cases, this will be accessed via mobile and actual display size will be smaller.

Slider

Recommended Size: 1200x600 or 1200x800. Stay consistent and make all slider images the same size. The images will size dynamically and are optional. 

You may also assign clickable URLs to them if you choose. Note that the left/right arrows will be overlaid on the image as shown below.
