Recently, we've made a few enhancements to make it easier for your customers to navigate and register for multiple, overlapping campaigns.
- If you are participating in overlapping campaigns, each campaign will be displayed to the customer when they scan your Location Profile QR. However, they may need to scroll to see all of their options. See the image below. Note that in this image, the screen has been scrolled down, revealing Rolling Milwaukee in addition to Rolling Sturgis.
- After your customer selects and registers for a campaign, they'll be prompted on their screen with a reminder that they can register for additional campaigns. See the image below. Note that they are presented with options.
"Take me there" will take them to the next campaign.
"Stay here" will let them remain in the campaign for which they just registered, to enter keywords, check-in, etc. - If they choose "Take me there", they'll see an screen similar to the image below. By clicking the "Register" button, they can register for this campaign.
- Because they've already completed another campaign registration, note how short the subsequent registration is. **As long as they used the "Take me there" button, they do not have to re-authenticate with another one-time-passcode.** See the image below. If the form questions are the same as the previous campaign, the only thing they have to do is re-confirm their zip or postal code, accept the rules and submit.
- Once your customer has registered for one or more campaigns, moving between campaigns is easy. See the image below, and note the "View My Campaigns" button.
- Clicking "View My Campaigns" will bring them to a screen like this (see below). The campaigns for which the customer has registered will appear and will automatically scroll horizontally. Or, the customer can swipe or use the white arrows on either side of the screen to move between them. If they'd like to access the campaign to enter keywords, check-in or monitor the status of their entries, they can simply click "View Campaign".
