This step-by-step shows you how to use the quick-key "Create Keyword" button to quickly create a new keyword for an existing campaign effort.
1. Upon login, you'll land on your Dashboard. Note the newly added metrics, as well as thumbnail images on the Active Efforts. Additionally, you'll see quick-keys on the Active Efforts, allowing you to quickly add a contest or a keyword directly from this screen.

2. Let's create a new keyword for one of our efforts. In this example, we'll add a keyword to the Bike Nights 2024 effort.
Click the "Create Keyword" button.

3. The first thing we need to do is specify for which contest the keyword will grant entries.

4. Choose the contest. We can add more contests to the keyword later.

5. Type your keyword. Note that the start and end dates and times are pre-populated, using the start and end dates and times of your Effort. However, you can change them if needed.

6. Click "Add Keyword"

7. If you're ready to start using your keyword, be sure to turn it on. Click "Turn keyword on".

8. Let's quickly review the options on the screen.
Under "Need to check anything out?" you can navigate directly to the keyword you just created for further configuration. Or, you can navigate directly to the contest to which you just attached the keyword for further configuration.
Below that you have three buttons.
"Create keyword for the same contest" will allow you to very quickly add another keyword to this specific contest.
"Add more contests to this keyword" will allow you to quickly attach additional contests to this keyword, so that upon redemption, your customer is earning entries into each attached contest.
Finally, "Start Over" allows you to repeat the procedure, but first lets you select the contest again. This is useful if you're attaching different keywords to different contests.

9. Let's create another new keyword for the same contest. Click "Create keyword for the same contest".

10. Repeat the previous steps and click "Add Keyword".

11. Click "Turn keyword on"

12. You may want your new keywords to grant entries into additional contests. If so, click "Add more contests to this keyword".

13. On the right-hand of the screen, you'll see "Current Contests". These are contests already attached to your keyword. On the left-hand side, you'll see "Available Contests." These are contests that you can optionally add to this keyword.

14. Select any contests you want to attach to the keyword and use the arrow buttons to move them over to the "Current Contests" column.

15. You'll now see those contests listed under the "Current Contests" column.
