Run a VIN Rollup Report

This report will show you every VIN registered at your dealership for the ride challenge, along with the associated customer info, number of odometer readings, total miles and more

1. Click "Report Recipes"

2. Click "Ride Challenge VIN Rollup"

3. Click the "Start typing to search..." field.

4. Click "2025 Let's Ride Challenge™ Ride for Heroes (Harley-Davidson® Motor Company)"

5. Click "Run Report"

6. Click "View Now"

7. In addition to the customer's name, email, phone and zip, you'll see their VIN...

8. ...the model....

9. ...the year of the motorcycle....

10. ...the total number of odometer readings for that VIN....

11. ...and the mileage total for that VIN.
